When I first heard about this Bioelectric shield, I was a sceptic. To be perfectly honest, I may still be sceptical; but that doesn’t mean that I don’t see a benefit in its use. When I initially pulled this item up on my phone, there was no doubt that I was going to get it. It was a Valentine’s Day present to myself, and I have never regreted the purchase.
Above all else, this pretty piece of jewelry serves as a constant reminder to me to take care of myself, to nurture my heart. I keep the cord short to rest over my heart, and its presence makes my heart feel stronger and more protected. Right now, as I dig through the darkest secrets of my heart, this is my physical reminder of what is important at the bottom of it all.
My journey to wellness is taking a more psychological path than a physical one these days, but none-the-less I am still working toward the same goal. Only a few more weeks to get the boot off my foot, and get back to business as usual. In the meantime, I am using the rest period God gave me to take care of the stuff that I can take care of. It is the same stuff that I would not be able to take care of if I hadn’t been forced to slow down long enough to take a look at it.

I firmly believe the psychological stuff is the biggest hindrance to many fitness efforts. Keep being proactive with what you can right now and this part of the journey will serve you well in the long run.

Your body responds better if your mind is in the same place. Strengthen your mind and your body will follow suit. Your focus will get you far and your physical goals will be conquered soon! Take care of that foot!!

Definitely for me, the psychological aspect of getting healthy is as much or more a part of the equation for me too. It’s great to have a physical object or an image to keep your eye on the prize. Hang in there!!
